62. The SBSTA invited Parties, intergovernmental organizations, admitted observer organizations and designated operational entities to submit to the secretariat, by 19 September 2011, their views on:

Reiterates its request to the Executive Board to develop and apply, as a priority, a system for continuous monitoring of the performance of designated operational entities and a system to improve the performance of these entities and to report on the implementation of these systems to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its sixth session;

At the time of its initiation of the work of the JISC, the CMP decided that designated operational entities (DOEs) under the CDM that apply for accreditation under JI may act provisionally as AIEs until a final accreditation decision is taken by the JISC.

13. Furthermore, the JISC wishes to note that in the proposed closely aligned accreditation system, formal accreditation responsibility in respect of designated operational entities (DOEs) would remain with the CDM Executive Board and responsibility for the accreditation of AIEs would remain with the JISC.

(ب) زيادة التفاعل مع الكيانات التشغيلية المعيّنة بغية تيسير توحيد تفسير وتطبيق مفهوم الأهمية النسبية عن طريق وضع توجيهات تتعلق بجملة أمور منها كيفية حساب العتبات وما ينبغي فعله عند تجاوز عتبات الأهمية النسبية، وذلك من أجل السعي بصورة عامة إلى زيادة الشفافية والكفاءة وخفض التكاليف؛

65. The Board adopted the revised " Guidelines for the preparation of the annual activity report by a DOE to the Executive Board " .
65- واعتمد المجلس النسخة المنقحة " للمبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد الكيانات التشغيلية المعيّنة تقريرها السنوي عن أنشطتها " .

The Board will continue to take measures to avoid deliverables of the DOEs being compromised by potential conflict of interest, such as through the establishment of the registration and issuance team, as well as through enhanced dialogue, the DOE forum and coordination workshops.
9- وسيواصل المجلس اتخاذ التدابير لتجنُّب إضعاف الخدمات التي تقدمها الكيانات التشغيلية المعيّنة بسبب ما قد ينشأ من تضارب في المصالح من خلال إنشاء فرقة التسجيل والإصدار على سبيل المثال، وكذلك من خلال تعزيز الحوار، ومن خلال محفل الكيانات التشغيلية المعيّنة وحلقات العمل الخاصة بالتنسيق.

During the reporting period, the Board introduced a framework for monitoring the performance of DOEs.
