By decision VIII/22 on national classification and control procedures for the import of wastes contained in Annex IX, the Conference of the Parties invited Parties that were experiencing difficulties with national classification or control procedures relating to the import of wastes contained in Annex IX to report on those difficulties to the Secretariat.
3 - وجه مؤتمر الأطراف بموجب مقرره 8/22 بشأن التصنيف وإجراءات الرقابة على الصعيد الوطني الخاصة باستيراد النفايات الواردة في المرفق التاسع، الدعوة إلى الأطراف التي تواجه صعوبات في التصنيف أو إجراءات الرقابة على الصعيد الوطني الخاصة باستيراد النفايات الواردة في المرفق التاسع لأن تبلغ الأمانة بتلك الصعوبات.

By its decision VII/20 on national classification and control procedures for the import of wastes contained in Annex IX, the Conference of the Parties invited Parties having difficulties with national classification or control procedures relating to the import of wastes contained in Annex IX to report such information to the Secretariat.
2 - ووجه مؤتمر الأطراف بموجب مقرره 7/20 بشأن التصنيف وإجراءات الرقابة على الصعيد الوطني الخاصة باستيراد النفايات الواردة في المرفق التاسع، الدعوة إلى الأطراف التي تواجه صعوبات في التصنيف أو إجراءات الرقابة على الصعيد الوطني الخاصة باستيراد النفايات الواردة في المرفق التاسع أن تبلغ تلك المعلومات إلى الأمانة.

A report will be presented to the Conference of the Parties on the status of national classification and control procedures for the import of wastes contained in Annex IX to the Basel Convention and responses received from Parties and other stakeholders to the requests made in decisions VIII/22 and OEWG-VI/12 (UNEP/CHW.9/26).
سيقدَّمُ إلى مؤتمر الأطراف تقريرٌ عن حالة التصنيف وإجراءات الرقابة على الصعيد الوطني لاستيراد النفايات الواردة في المرفق التاسع من اتفاقية بازل والردود الواردة من الأطراف وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين على الطلبات التي قُدِّمَت في مقرر مؤتمر الأطراف 8/22 ومقرر الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية - 6/12 (UNEP/CHW.9/26).

At its sixth meeting, the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal adopted decision VI/19 on Annex IX to the Basel Convention, to which was attached a questionnaire concerning the national classification and control procedures for the import of wastes contained in Annex IX (list B wastes).
