2 - يقرر أيضا، عند إجراء التنقيحات المقبلة للمرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية، أن يعتبر أنه ينبغي أيضا إجراء تسوية للمرتب الأساسي السنوي لأعضاء المحكمة بتطبيق النسبة ذاتها وفي وقت متزامن، مع مراعاة ضرورة المحافظة على التعادل مع مستويات أجور أعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية؛

The Meeting also decided that, on the occasion of future revisions to the annual net base salary of members of the International Court of Justice, it would consider that the annual net base salary of the members of the Tribunal be adjusted by the same percentage and at the same time, bearing in mind the need to maintain the equivalence with the remuneration levels of the members of the International Court of Justice (see para. 15 above).
وقرر الاجتماع أيضا أنه عند إجراء التنقيحات المقبلة للمرتب الأساسي الصافي السنوي لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية، سيعتبر أنه ينبغي أيضا إجراء تسوية للمرتب الأساسي السنوي لأعضاء محكمة قانون البحار بتطبيق النسبة المئوية ذاتها وفي وقت متزامن، مع مراعاة ضرورة المحافظة على التعادل مع مستويات أجور أعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية (انظر الفقرة 15 أعلاه).
