1. This document is the response of UNDP management to the executive summary of the report of the independent evaluation of the UNDP third regional cooperation framework for Arab States, 2006-2009.
1 - تشكل هذه الوثيقة رد إدارة برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي على الموجز التنفيذي لتقرير التقييم المستقل الذي يتناول إطار التعاون الإقليمي الثالث التابع لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي من أجل الدول العربية، 2006-2009.

3. Management was pleased to note the overall evaluation findings that: (a) the third framework programme succeeded in tackling vital problems in the Arab region; and (b) the third regional cooperation framework has been positioned to address regional level issues that could not have been adequately addressed within the country programmes in all of the countries in the region.
3 - وقد سرّت الإدارة إذ لاحظت أن نتائج التقييم عموماً أفادت بأن: (أ) برنامج الإطار الثالث نجح في معالجة مشاكل حيوية بالمنطقة العربية؛ و (ب) إطار التعاون الإقليمي الثالث احتل موقعاً لمعالجة المسائل على المستوى الإقليمي التي لم تعالج على نحو ملائم في إطار البرامج القطرية بجميع بلدان المنطقة.
