The Conference also recognises that there should be efficient coordination mechanisms between the specialized agencies of the United Nations system and international and regional organizations, in order to facilitate scientific cooperation and technology transfer.
42- ويسلّم المؤتمر أيضاً بضرورة وجود آليات فعالة للتنسيق بين الوكالات المتخصصة التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية، بغية تيسير التعاون العلمي ونقل التكنولوجيا.

2. From this perspective, the importance of promoting scientific cooperation and technology transfer in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Biological Weapons Convention is to be underscored.
2- ومن هذا المنظور، يجب تأكيد أهمية تعزيز التعاون العلمي ونقل التكنولوجيا وفقاً لمقاصد اتفاقية حظر الأسلحة البيولوجية ولمبادئها.

3. scientific cooperation and technology transfer constitute important incentives for the universalization of the Biological Weapons Convention - hence the need to intensify them and to call on the States parties to consider the following recommendations:
3- ويشكل التعاون العلمي ونقل التكنولوجيا حافزين هامين لتحقيق عالمية اتفاقية حظر الأسلحة البيولوجية - ومن ثمّ الحاجة إلى تعزيزهما ودعوة الدول الأطراف إلى النظر في التوصيات التالية:

To ensure scientific cooperation and technology transfer, as well as exchange of information, concerning research programmes in biosciences and greater cooperation in public health, detection, diagnosis, and containment of infectious diseases, and agriculture;
`8` تأمين التعاون العلمي ونقل التكنولوجيا وتبادل المعلومات بشأن برامج البحوث في مجال العلوم البيولوجية وزيادة التعاون في مجالات الصحة العامة، واكتشاف الأمراض المعدية، وتشخيصها، واحتوائها، وفي مجال الزراعة؛

50. The Conference also recognises that there should be efficient coordination mechanisms between the specialized agencies of the United Nations system and international and regional organizations, in order to facilitate scientific cooperation and technology transfer.
50- ويسلّم المؤتمر أيضاً بضرورة وجود آليات فعالة للتنسيق بين الوكالات المتخصصة التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية بغية تيسير التعاون العلمي ونقل التكنولوجيا.

Reiterate their wish to intensify international cooperation, including multilateral projects for scientific cooperation and technology transfer designed to enhance the resilience of urban infrastructures and agricultural zones in order to lessen the negative impact of El Niño;
يكررون اﻹعراب عن رغبتهم في تكثيف التعاون الدولي، بما في ذلك المشاريع المتعددة اﻷطراف لتحقيق التعاون العلمي ونقل التكنولوجيا الرامية إلى تعزيز هدف صمود الهياكل اﻷساسية الحضرية والمناطق الزراعية بغية الحد من اﻵثار السلبية للنينيو؛

104. The Sixth Review Conference recognised that there should be efficient coordination mechanisms between the specialized agencies of the United Nations system and international and regional organizations, in order to facilitate scientific cooperation and technology transfer. [VI.X.50]

59- يسلّم المؤتمر أيضاً بضرورة وجود آليات فعالة للتنسيق بين الوكالات المتخصصة التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية بغية تيسير التعاون العلمي ونقل التكنولوجيا.
