2. In response to Executive Board decision 97/9 of 14 March 1997, the present document describes the means by which the objectives stated in the first RCF are expected to be achieved.
٢ - واستجابة لمقرر المجلس التنفيذي ٩٧/٩ المؤرخ ١٤ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٧، تتضمن هذه الوثيقة سردا للوسائل التي ينتظر أن يتم بواسطتها تحقيق اﻷهداف المعلنة في إطار التعاون اﻹقليمي اﻷول.

171. Many delegations registered strong support for the implementation strategy for the first RCF as a whole and expressed their appreciation for the details supplied on implementation strategies for each thematic area.
١٧١ - وقد سجلت وفود عديدة تأييدها القوي لاستراتيجية التنفيذ ﻹطار التعاون اﻹقليمي اﻷول في مجموعه وأعربت عن تقديرها للتفاصيل المقدمة بشأن استراتيجية التنفيذ لكل مجال مواضيعي.
