٢ - ينبغي أن يشمل التعاون مع الدول النامية لﻷغراض المبينة في هذه المادة توفير المساعدة المالية، والمساعدة المتصلة بتنمية الموارد البشرية، والمساعدة التقنية، ونقل التكنولوجيا، بما في ذلك نقلها عن طريق ترتيبات المشاريع المشتركة وخدمات تقديم المشورة والخدمات الاستشارية.

The Panel has completed its work a few months prior to the holding in Johannesburg of the World Summit on Sustainable Development. Its members made recommendations with regard to the Summit and launched an appeal entitled the " Agadez Call " , in which the international community is called on to support sustained cooperation with developing countries that are affected by desertification.
