The Subcommittee noted with appreciation that the next United Nations Workshop on Space Law would be hosted by the Government of Ukraine in Kyiv from 6 to 9 November 2006.
74- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية مع التقدير أنّ حلقة العمل التالية التي ستعقدها الأمم المتحدة حول قانون الفضاء ستستضيفها حكومة أوكرانيا في كييف من 6 إلى 9 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006.

88- ولاحظت اللجنة مع التقدير أنّ إسرائيل وهبت المعرض الدائم لمكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي، في 20 حزيران/يونيه 2013، نموذجا من نماذج سواتل رصد الأرض المعروفة باسم " أوبسات 2000 " (OpSat 2000).

The Subcommittee noted with appreciation that EUMETSAT had declared its acceptance of rights and obligations under the Rescue Agreement and the Liability Convention.
67- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية مع التقدير أنّ المنظمة الأوروبية لاستغلال سواتل الأرصاد الجوية (يوميتسات) أعلنت قبولها بالحقوق والالتزامات المنصوص عليها في اتفاق الإنقاذ واتفاقية المسؤولية.

The Subcommittee noted with appreciation that member States had been invited by IAF to participate in the next International Astronautical Congress, to be held in Valencia, Spain, in October 2006.
75- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية مع التقدير أنّ الاتحاد الدولي للملاحة الفضائية دعا الدول الأعضاء إلى المشاركة في المؤتمر الدولي القادم للملاحة الفضائية الذي سيُعقد في فالنسيا، إسبانيا، في تشرين الأوّل/أكتوبر 2006.

The Subcommittee noted with appreciation that, since its previous session, additional resources for 2007 had been provided by various Member States and organizations and had been acknowledged in the report of the Expert (A/AC.105/900, paras. 58 and 59).
32- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية مع التقدير أنّ دولا أعضاء ومنظمات مختلفة قد وفّرت، منذ دورتها السابقة، موارد إضافية لأنشطة عام 2007، وأنه قد نُوّه بها في تقرير الخبير (الفقرتان 58 و59 من الوثيقة A/AC.105/900).

The Committee notes with appreciation that the State party's legislation, without exceptions and in any circumstances, prohibits the recruitment of persons under the age of 18 years into its national armed forces and that the Criminal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure and Code of Military Justice are being reviewed.
22- تلاحظ اللجنة مع التقدير أنّ تشريعات الدولة الطرف تمنع، دون استثناء وفي كل الظروف، تجنيد الأشخاص دون سن الثامنة عشرة في قواتها المسلحة الوطنية وأن القانون الجنائي وقانون الإجراءات الجنائية وقانون القضاء العسكري تخضع حالياً للمراجعة.

The Committee noted with appreciation that on 10 June 2013, on the margins of the tenth meeting of the Provider's Forum, the European Commission had donated a model of the Galileo navigation satellite system, provided by Astrium, to the permanent exhibit of the Office for Outer Space Affairs.
128- ولاحظت اللجنة مع التقدير أنّ المفوضية الأوروبية وهبت المعرض الدائم لمكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي، في 10 حزيران/يونيه 2013، على هامش الاجتماع العاشر لمنتدى مقدمي الخدمات، نموذجاً من نظام غاليليو وفرته شركة أسترِيوم.

The Committee noted with appreciation that the Action Team on Public Health, co-chaired by Canada and India, had included in its workplan the use of telecommunications in the context of tele-health and Earth observation applications in the context of tele-epidemiology, with an emphasis on improving public health and infectious-disease management.
57- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية مع التقدير أنّ فريق العمل المعني بالصحة العامة، الذي تشاركت في رئاسته كندا والهند، قد أدرج في خطة عمله استخدام الاتصالات في سياق تقديم الخدمات الصحية عن بُعد وتطبيقات رصد الأرض في إطار دراسة الأوبئة عن بُعد، مع التركيز على تحسين الصحة العامة واحتواء الأمراض المعدية.
