570. The Committee welcomes the submission of the second periodic report of the State party. It regrets, however, that the report, the written replies to the list of issues (E/C.12/Q/LBY/1) and the oral answers provided by the State party's delegation did not contain sufficient and precise information on fundamental issues relating to the Covenant.
