Slovakia appreciated that Serbia was party to the core human rights instruments and had accepted the authority of the Human Rights Committee, the Committee against Torture, the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women to consider complaints of individuals.
41- ولاحظت سلوفاكيا مع التقدير أن صربيا طرف في الصكوك الرئيسية لحقوق الإنسان ونوهت بقبولها اختصاص اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان ولجنة مناهضة التعذيب ولجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري واللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة بالنظر في الشكاوى الفردية.

267. The delegation noted that the recommendations on the cooperation with special procedures and United Nations treaty bodies (the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights), and follow-up to universal periodic review recommendations had been accepted.

With regard to non-discrimination, the delegation no doubt recalled that during consideration of the second periodic report, the Committee had discussed at length the incompatibility of article 11 and certain provisions of article 22 of the Constitution with articles 3 and 26 of the Covenant, a problem also raised by the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
13- وفيما يخص عدم التمييز، لا شك أن الوفد الزامبي يتذكر أنه عندما نظرت اللجنة في التقرير الدوري الثاني، فإنها تناولت بإسهاب مشكلة التعارض بين المادة 11 وبعض أحكام المادة 23 من الدستور والمادتين 3 و26 من العهد، وهي المشكلة التي أثارتها أيضاً لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري واللجنة المعنية بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.

45. Azerbaijan welcomed the establishment of the National Office for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and the Committee for the Protection of Foreign Minors, but noted that the High Commissioner had expressed grave concern at the xenophobic and intolerant attitudes against migrants and some minorities.
