The foregoing would be offset in part by the proposed reduction in staffing levels, namely, the proposed abolishment of 197 national positions, in line with the Mission's proposed organizational and resource changes, described in paragraphs 18 and 19 above, in particular the proposed closure of the provincial office in Khost and the proposed reclassification of the regional office in Bamyan to the provincial structure.
