In its resolution 1996/22, the Commission on Human Rights once again recognized the important role played by non-governmental organizations in the effective implementation of all human rights instruments and encouraged the exchange of reliable information between treaty bodies and such organizations.
وقد سلﱠمت مرة أخرى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في قرارها ١٩٩٦/٢٢ بالدور الهام الذي تؤديه المنظمات غير الحكومية في التنفيذ الفعال لجميع صكوك حقوق اﻹنسان وشجعت تبادل المعلومات الموثوقة بين الهيئات المنشأة بمعاهدات وهذه المنظمات.
