In order to achieve compatibility and interoperability, the Providers' Forum reached consensus on the following general definitions of those principles:
وفي سبيل تحقيق التوافق وقابلية التشغيل المتبادل، توصل منتدى مقدمي الخدمات الى التعاريف العامة التالية لهذه المبادئ بتوافق الآراء:

It will facilitate the compatibility and interoperability of systems under the joint clearing-house mechanism.
وسوف ييسر ذلك التوافق وقابلية التشغيل البيني للنظم في إطار آلية تبادل المعلومات المشتركة.

It was noted that the Providers' Forum had been established to enhance the compatibility and interoperability of current and future global and regional satellite-based systems.
وقد لُوحظ أن منتدى مقدمي الخدمات أنشئ من أجل تعزيز التوافق وقابلية التشغيل المتبادل للنظم الساتلية العالمية والاقليمية الآن وفي المستقبل.

1. Promotion of compatibility and interoperability

It was noted that the Providers' Forum continued to make significant progress towards further elaboration and implementation of measures for compatibility and interoperability among global and regional space-based positioning, navigation and timing systems.
ولوحظ أن المنتدى قد واصل إحراز تقدّم كبير صوب إعداد وتنفيذ المزيد من التدابير المتعلقة بتحقيق التوافق وقابلية التشغيل المتبادل بين النظم الفضائية العالمية والإقليمية لتحديد المواقع والملاحة والتوقيت.

The Providers' Forum addressed key technical issues and operational concepts such as compatibility and interoperability, the protection of GNSS spectrum, orbital debris/orbit deconfliction and other matters related to the work of the Committee.
وقد تصدى المنتدى لقضايا تقنية رئيسية ومفاهيم تشغيلية مثل التوافق وقابلية التشغيل المتبادل، وحماية طيف النظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة، والحطام المداري/ التنسيق المداري، وغير ذلك من المواضيع المتعلقة بعمل اللجنة.

The ultimate goal of ICG is to achieve the compatibility and interoperability of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), thereby saving costs through international cooperation, and make positioning, navigation and timing available globally for the benefit of society, including by monitoring all aspects of the environment.
والهدفُ المتوخَّى في نهاية المطاف من هذه اللجنة الدولية هو تحقيقُ التوافق وقابلية التشغيل المتبادل بين تلك النظم العالمية، مما يسمح بالاقتصاد في التكاليف من خلال التعاون الدولي، وإتاحة خدمات تحديد المواقع والملاحة والتوقيت لصالح المجتمع على الصعيد العالمي، بما في ذلك مراقبة كافة جوانب البيئة.

A proposal to establish a providers forum to enhance compatibility and interoperability among current and future global and regional satellite-based systems was also noted by the International Committee.
16- كما أحاطت اللجنة الدولية أيضا باقتراح إنشاء منتدى لمقدمي الخدمات يتولى تعزيز التوافق وقابلية التشغيل على نحو متبادل بين نظم السواتل العالمية والإقليمية الموجودة حاليا وتلك التي ستظهر في المستقبل.

Specific areas of interest to ICG and its working groups include compatibility and interoperability, service performance and service performance enhancement, timing and geodetic reference frames, education and training, and global applications.
وعلى وجّه التحديد، تشمل المجالات التي تهتم بها اللجنة الدولية وأفرقتها العاملة: التوافق وقابلية التشغيل التبادلي، وأداء الخدمات وتعزيز أداء الخدمات، والتوقيت والأطر المرجعية الجيوديسية، والتعليم والتدريب، والتطبيقات العالمية.

5. ICG noted that the working groups had focused on the following issues: compatibility and interoperability; enhancement of the performance of GNSS services; information dissemination and capacity-building; and reference frames, timing and applications.
5- ولاحظت اللجنة الدولية أنَّ الأفرقة العاملة تُركِّز على المسائل التالية: التوافق وقابلية التشغيل التبادلي؛ وتعزيز أداء خدمات النظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة؛ وتعميم المعلومات وبناء القدرات؛ والأطر المرجعية والتوقيت والتطبيقات.

The ICG working groups focused on the following issues: compatibility and interoperability; enhancement of the performance of GNSS services; information dissemination and capacity-building; and reference frames, timing and applications.

4. A major development at the Second Meeting was the establishment of the Providers' Forum to enhance compatibility and interoperability among current and future system providers, as a mechanism to continue discussions on important issues addressed by the Committee that require focused input from system providers.
4- ومن التطورات المهمة في الاجتماع الثاني انشاء منتدى لمقدمي الخدمات من أجل تعزيز التوافق وقابلية التشغيل المتبادل للنظم الساتلية العالمية والاقليمية الآن وفي المستقبل وكآلية لمواصلة المناقشات بشأن القضايا المهمة التي تتصدى لها اللجنة والتي تتطلب من مقدمي الخدمات تقديم مساهمات جيدة التركيز.
