1. The national report of Saint Lucia for the Universal Periodic Review was prepared in accordance with the General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the Universal Periodic Review.
1- أُعد التقرير الوطني لسانت لوسيا من أجل الاستعراض الدوري الشامل وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية العامة لإعداد المعلومات في إطار الاستعراض الدوري الشامل.

3. This national report was prepared in accordance with the General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the Universal Periodic Review, decision 6/102, as circulated by the Human Rights Council.
3- وقد أُعِدَّ هذا التقرير الوطني وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية العامة لإعداد المعلومات في إطار الاستعراض الدوري الشامل، الوارد في المقرر 6/102، بصيغتها التي عممها مجلس حقوق الإنسان.

This Report of Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter BiH) has been prepared in accordance with General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the Universal Periodic Review mechanism, which is based on the Resolution of the Council for Human Rights 5/1 of 18 June 2007.
1- أُعد تقرير البوسنة والهرسك وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية العامة لإعداد المعلومات في إطار آلية الاستعراض الدوري الشامل، التي تستند إلى قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 5/1 المؤرخ 18 حزيران/يونيه 2007.

3. The National UPR Report was prepared following the General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the universal periodic review adopted by the Human Rights Council at its 20th meeting on 27 September 2007.
3- وأُعدّ التقرير الوطني للاستعراض الدوري الشامل وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية العامة لإعداد المعلومات في إطار الاستعراض الدوري الشامل، التي اعتمدها مجلس حقوق الإنسان في جلسته العشرين المعقودة في 27 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007.

3. This report follows the General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the universal periodic review adopted by the Human Rights Council.
3- ويتقيد هذا التقرير بالمبادئ التوجيهية العامة لإعداد المعلومات في إطار الاستعراض الدوري الشامل التي اعتمدها مجلس حقوق الإنسان(2).

This report has been prepared in line with the guidance provided in Resolution 5/1 of 18 June 2007 by the Human Rights Council, and on the General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the Universal Periodic Review set out in Document A/HRC/6/L.24
5- وقد أُعد هذا التقرير وفقاً للتوجيهات الواردة في قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 5/1 المؤرخ 16 حزيران/يونيه 2007، ووفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية العامة لإعداد المعلومات في إطار الاستعراض الدوري الشامل الواردة في الوثيقة A/HRC/6/L.24.

Recalling also Human Rights Council decisions 6/102 of 27 September 2007 and 17/119 of 17 June 2011 containing General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the universal periodic review,
وإذ يشير أيضاً إلى مقرري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 6/102 المؤرخ 27 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007 و17/119 المؤرخ 17 حزيران/يونيه 2011 اللذين يتضمنان المبادئ التوجيهية العامة لإعداد المعلومات في إطار الاستعراض الدوري الشامل،

1. This report has been submitted in accordance with United Nations General Assembly resolution 60/251 of 15 March 2006 and Human Rights Council resolution 5/1 of 18 June 2007, and in accordance with the General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the universal periodic review.
1- أُعدّ هذا التقرير تطبيقاً لقرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة 60/251 المؤرخ 15 آذار/مارس 2006، وقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 5/1 المؤرخ 18 حزيران/يونيه 2007، ووفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية العامة لإعداد المعلومات في إطار الاستعراض الدوري الشامل.

4- وقد أُعد التقرير الوطني لكمنولث دومينيكا من أجل الاستعراض الدوري الشامل وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية العامة لإعداد المعلومات في إطار الاستعراض الدوري الشامل، الواردة في المقرر 6/102 الذي اعتمده مجلس حقوق الإنسان في 27 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007.

It is prepared on the basis of the `General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the Universal Periodic Review', HRC Decision 6/102, 27 September 2007.
وقد أُعد هذا التقرير بالاستناد إلى " المبادئ التوجيهية العامة لإعداد المعلومات في إطار الاستعراض الدوري الشامل " (مقرر مجلس حقوق الإنسان 6/102، 27 أيلول/سبتمبر 2009).

1. The report has been prepared pursuant to guidelines contained in the United Nations (UN) Human Rights Council Resolution 5/1 and the General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) contained in the Human Rights Council Decision 6/102.
