conciliation or mediation refers to proceedings in which a person or a panel of persons assists the parties in their attempt to reach an amicable settlement of their dispute.
35- يشير التوفيق أو الوساطة إلى الإجراءات التي يساعد شخص أو فريق من الأشخاص بمقتضاها الأطراف في محاولتها التوصل إلى تسوية ودّية لنـزاعها.
