The automated counter-terrorism assistance information system, which is being developed as a key communication mechanism among the participating Task Force members, uses and replicates the technology developed by UNODC for the Automated Donor Assistance Mechanism in the context of the Paris Pact initiative.

`3` تشجيع الدول على الاستفادة من التشريعات النموذجية والأدلة الإرشادية التشريعية والمبادئ التوجيهية بشأن الممارسات الفضلى لمعالجة حالات تسليم المطلوبين وتبادل المساعدة القانونية، وكذلك الأدوات الأخرى التي استحدثها المكتب وشركاؤه لتدريب السلطات المختصة ومساعدتها على صياغة طلبات فعّالة للتعاون القضائي وتنفيذ تلك الطلبات؛

(c) To make use of the technical tools developed by UNODC to assist countries in developing crime prevention strategies and strengthening criminal justice systems.

It was agreed during the expert group meeting that regional networks would promote the use of the Organized Crime Convention and its Protocols as a legal basis for international cooperation and the tools and resources developed by UNODC to facilitate international cooperation.

62. The Tools and Resources for Anti-Corruption Knowledge (TRACK) web-based platform, developed by UNODC in 2012, was visited by 18,725 people at least once in 2013 (the total number for 2012 was 10,000).
62- وزار المنصَّة الشبكية الخاصة بالأدوات والموارد اللازمة من أجل رصيد معرفي في مجال مكافحة الفساد ( " تراك " )، التي استحدثها المكتب في عام 2012، 725 18 شخصاً مرةً واحدة على الأقل في عام 2013 (كان العدد الإجمالي لعام 2012 هو 000 10).

In that context, tools developed by UNODC and other organizations, such as the Convention against Corruption legal library, available through the TRACK portal, could serve as a useful tool to assist States parties in reviewing and revising their legislation.

12. Encouraging Member States to use model legislation and legislative guides and best practice guidelines in the areas of extradition and mutual legal assistance case work, as well as other tools developed by UNODC and its partners, to train and assist competent authorities in drafting and executing effective requests for judicial cooperation;
12- تشجيع الدول على الاستفادة من التشريعات النموذجية والأدلة الإرشادية التشريعية والمبادئ التوجيهية بشأن الممارسات الفضلى في مجالات معالجة حالات تسليم المطلوبين وتبادل المساعدة القانونية، وكذلك الأدوات الأخرى التي استحدثها المكتب وشركاؤه لتدريب السلطات المختصة ومساعدتها على صياغة طلبات فعّالة للتعاون القضائي وتنفيذ تلك الطلبات؛

(l) States should consider making use of model legislation and legislative guides, best practice guidelines in extradition and mutual legal assistance casework, as well as other tools developed by UNODC and its partners to train and assist competent authorities in drafting and executing effective requests for judicial cooperation;

In September 2009, INTERPOL presented the prototype of the tool developed by UNODC and UN.GIFT during an INTERPOL working group meeting for English-speaking West Africa, held in Ghana, and at the annual meeting of experts in trafficking in human beings of the European Police Office (Europol), held in The Hague.

Training was also held on the principles of mutual legal assistance and use of the UNODC mutual legal assistance request writer software.
وعقد أيضاً تدريب على مبادئ المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة وكيفية استخدام برامجية كتابة طلبات المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة التي استحدثها المكتب.

Several speakers underscored the importance of mutual legal assistance and suggested the adaptation of the UNODC Mutual Legal Assistance Request Writer Tool to the specificities of asset recovery.
32- وأبرز عدّة متكلّمين أهمية تبادل المساعدة القانونية، واقترحوا تكييف أداة كتابة طلبات المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة التي استحدثها المكتب مع خصائص عملية استرداد الموجودات.

The Working Group recommended expanding the UNODC Mutual Legal Assistance Request Writer Tool to include ways of appropriately formulating requests for asset recovery.
39- وأوصى الفريق العامل بتوسيع نطاق أداة كتابة طلبات المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة التي استحدثها المكتب لتشمل طرائق لصوغ طلبات استرداد الموجودات على نحو ملائم.
