A registry for NAMAs by developing country Parties shall be established with the aims of recognizing the actions as part of the global efforts to combat climate change and providing a platform for matching those actions, if needed, with measurable, reportable and verifiable support by developed country Parties.
يُنشأ سجل لإجراءات التخفيف الملائمة وطنياً التي تتخذها البلدان الأطراف النامية من أجل الاعتراف بهذه الإجراءات كجزء من الجهود العالمية لمكافحة تغيّر المناخ وإنشاء منصة لمواءمة تلك الإجراءات، إذا لزم الأمر، مع توفير دعم قابل للقياس ويمكن الإبلاغ عنه والتحقق منه، تقدمه البلدان الأطراف المتقدمة.

Abide by the principles of the Convention embodied in its Article 3, in particular the right to sustainable development enunciated in Article 3.4 and recognize that nationally appropriate mitigation actions by developing country Parties are taken in the context of sustainable development.
2- التقيد بمبادئ الاتفاقية الواردة في المادة 3 منها، وبخاصة الحق في التنمية المستدامة المنصوص عليه في المادة 3-4 والتسليم بأن إجراءات التخفيف الملائمة وطنياً التي تتخذها البلدان الأطراف النامية تجري في سياق التنمية المستدامة.

NAMAs by developing country Parties are voluntary and the extent [level] of mitigation [actions] [effort] will [depend on] [be commensurate with] [be contingent on] the effective provision of financial, technical and capacity-building support as embodied in Article 4.7 of the Convention.
5- وتعدّ إجراءات التخفيف الملائمة وطنياً التي تتخذها البلدان الأطراف النامية طوعية وسيكون نطاق [مستوى] [إجراءات] [جهود] التخفيف [مرتبطاً ﺑ ] [متناسباً مع] [رهيناً ﺑ ] مدى فعالية الدعم المالي والتقني لبناء القدرات على النحو المبين في المادة 4-7 من الاتفاقية.

Recalling Article 4.1 (b) of the Convention, NAMAs by developing country Parties should evolve over time as their respective national circumstances, economic development and respective capabilities change.
6- وإشارةً إلى المادة 4-1(ب) من الاتفاقية، ينبغي لإجراءات التخفيف الملائمة وطنياً التي تتخذها البلدان الأطراف النامية أن تتطور مع الزمن بتغير ظروفها الوطنية، وتنميتها الاقتصادية وقدرات كل منها.

Nationally appropriate mitigation actions by developing country Parties may include a range of actions, [for international recognition or support] which should be voluntary, conform with national development priorities, sustainable development agenda and poverty eradication, and be determined and formulated at the national level.

The development of low-emission [high growth] development strategies, the implementation of new mitigation actions and the strengthening of existing mitigation actions by developing country Parties shall, as appropriate, be supported by financing, technology and capacity-building.
15- يُدعم، حسب الاقتضاء، بالتمويل والتكنولوجيا وبناء القدرات وضع الاستراتيجيات الإنمائية الخفيضة الانبعاثات [التي تحقق نمواً مرتفعاً]، وتنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف الجديدة وتعزيز إجراءات التخفيف الحالية التي تتخذها البلدان الأطراف النامية.

1. All Parties, taking into account their common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities, shall cooperate to promote the transfer and diffusion of, or access to, technologies and know-how necessary for supporting the mitigation and adaptation actions taken by developing country Parties.
1- تقوم جميع الأطراف، بمراعاة مسؤولياتها المشتركة ولكن المتمايزة وقدرات كل منها، بالتعاون على تعزيز نقل ما يلزم من تكنولوجيات ودراية عملية ونشرها أو الحصول عليها لدعم إجراءات التخفيف والتكيف التي تتخذها البلدان الأطراف النامية.

1. All Parties, taking into account their common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities, shall cooperate to promote the transfer and diffusion of, or access to, technologies and know-how necessary for supporting the mitigation and adaptation actions taken by developing country Parties.
1- تتعاون جميع الأطراف، مع مراعاة مسؤولياتها المشتركة ولكن المتباينة وقدرات كل منها، على تعزيز نقل ما يلزم من تكنولوجيات ودراية عملية ونشرها أو الحصول عليها لدعم إجراءات التخفيف والتكيف التي تتخذها البلدان الأطراف النامية.

A mechanism to register and facilitate the implementation of NAMAs by developing country Parties (hereinafter referred to as the mechanism/registry/register) shall be established at the secretariat under the authority of the COP to enhance the implementation of relevant provisions of the Convention.
25- تُنشأ في الأمانة تحت سلطة مؤتمر الأطراف آلية لتسجيل وتيسير تنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف الملائمة وطنياً التي تتخذها البلدان الأطراف النامية (المشار إليها أدناه بالآلية/السجل/القيد) من أجل تعزيز تنفيذ الأحكام ذات الصلة من الاتفاقية.

The Financial Mechanism shall enable, enhance and support mitigation and adaptation actions by developing country Parties to meet the objective(s) in accordance with Articles [4.3, 4.4 and 4.5] [4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.8 and 4.9] of the Convention [including the full cost of adaptation activities, technology transfer and capacity-building].

actions of three types: (1) actions that are undertaken by developing country Parties and are not enabled or supported by other Parties ( " unilateral NAMAs " ); (2) actions that are supported by developed country Parties; and (3) actions that are undertaken to acquire carbon credits.
