2 - توجه منظمة التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمية إلى الوديع، وقت التوقيع أو التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام، إعلانا تحدد فيه المسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية والتي أحيل الاختصاص بشأنها إلى تلك المنظمة من جانب الدول الأعضاء فيها.

Such organizations shall declare, in their instruments of formal confirmation or accession, the extent of their competence with respect to matters governed by the present Convention.
وتعلن تلك المنظمات، في صكوك إقرارها الرسمي أو انضمامها، نطاق اختصاصها فيما يتعلق بالمسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية.

1. " Regional integration organization " shall mean an organization constituted by sovereign States of a given region, to which its member States have transferred competence in respect of matters governed by the present Convention.
1 - يقصد بـتعبير ' ' منظمة التكامل الإقليمي`` منظمة تشكلها الدول ذات السيادة في منطقة ما، وتنقل إليها الدول الأطراف فيها الاختصاص فيما يتعلق بالمسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية.

2. Questions concerning matters governed by this Convention that are not expressly settled in it are to be settled in conformity with the general principles on which it is based or, in the absence of such principles, in conformity with the law applicable by virtue of the rules of private international law.
2 - المسائل المتعلقة بالأمور التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية ولم تتم تسويتها فيها صراحة تُسوّى، وفقا للمبادئ العامة التي تستند إليها الاتفاقية أو، في حال عدم وجود مثل تلك المبادئ، وفقا للقانون المنطبق بمقتضى قواعد القانون الدولي الخاص.

2.
