7 - يوافق، في حال تقرير استخدام آلية سعر الصرف الثابت لفترة تجديد الموارد 2012-2014، على أن تقوم الأطراف التي تختار الدفع بعملاتها المحلية بحساب مساهماتها على أساس متوسط سعر الصرف المعمول به في الأمم المتحدة لفترة الستة أشهر التي تبدأ في 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2011.
