With respect to criminal proceedings in matters involving child victims of violence, Member States are urged:
٢٤- فيما يخص الإجراءات الجنائية في الأمور التي تنطوي على أطفال ضحايا للعنف، تُحَثُّ الدول الأعضاء على ما يلي:

Reference was made to the need to use special techniques, taking into account the best interests of the child, in interviews or simulations involving child victims of violence and abuse.
وأشير إلى الحاجة إلى استخدام تقنيات خاصة تضع في الحسبان أفضل مصالح الطفل في المقابلات أو أنواع المحاكاة التي تنطوي على أطفال ضحايا للعنف وإساءة المعاملة.

24. With respect to criminal proceedings in matters involving child victims of violence, Member States are urged, as appropriate and while taking into consideration relevant international human rights instruments:
٢٤ - فيما يخص الإجراءات الجنائية في الأمور التي تنطوي على أطفال ضحايا للعنف، تحث الدول الأعضاء على القيام، عند الاقتضاء ومع مراعاتها صكوك حقوق الإنسان الدولية ذات الصلة، بما يلي:

٢٤- فيما يخص الإجراءات الجنائية في الأمور التي تنطوي على أطفال ضحايا للعنف، تُحَثُّ الدول الأعضاء على القيام، عند الاقتضاء ومع مراعاتها صكوكَ حقوقِ الإنسان الدوليةَ ذاتَ الصلة، بما يلي:

(h) To ensure, within the framework of national legal systems, that criminal proceedings involving child victims take place as soon as possible, unless delays are in the child's best interest;
(ح) ضمان الإسراع في أقرب وقت ممكن، داخل إطار النظم القانونية الوطنية، بإجراء المحاكمة التي تنطوي على أطفال ضحايا ما لم يكن تأجيلها يخدم مصالح الطفل الفضلى؛
