67. The Committee recommends that the annual report by graduating countries include the following elements:

In its resolution 67/221, the General Assembly invited the Governments of graduating countries, with the support of the consultative mechanism, to report annually to the Committee on the preparation of the transition strategy.
وفي قرارها 67/221، دعت الجمعية العامة حكومات البلدان التي يرفع اسمها من القائمة إلى أن تقدم إلى لجنة السياسات الإنمائية، بدعم من الآلية الاستشارية، تقارير سنوية عن إعداد استراتيجية الانتقال.

B. Monitoring the development progress of graduating countries

9. Reiterates its call upon development and trading partners of graduating countries to make efforts so that their bilateral and multilateral strategies and aid programmes support the national transition strategy of the respective country;
9 - تكرر دعوتها الشركاء الإنمائيين والتجاريين للبلدان التي يرفع اسمها من القائمة إلى بذل جهود لكي تدعم استراتيجياتهم الثنائية والمتعددة الأطراف وبرامجهم للمساعدة دعما كاملا للاستراتيجية الوطنية لانتقال البلد المعني؛

12. Requests the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme, as Chair of the United Nations Development Group, to provide, if requested, the support of the Resident Coordinator as a facilitator of the consultative process, and to assist graduating countries in the preparation of their transition strategies;
12 - تطلب إلى مديرة برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، بصفتها رئيسة مجموعة الأمم المتحدة الإنمائية، أن تكفل، إذا ما طلب إليها ذلك، تقديم المنسق المقيم للدعم تيسيرا للعملية الاستشارية، وأن تساعد البلدان التي يرفع اسمها من القائمة على إعداد استراتيجيات الانتقال الخاصة بها؛

2. Endorses the request of the Committee to be informed by the Secretary-General during the transition period of the implementation of the transition strategy for graduating countries and of their development progress, as laid out in General Assembly resolution 59/209, in order to enable the Committee to carry out the function assigned to it in paragraph 12 of that resolution;
2 - يؤيد طلب اللجنة أن يطلعها الأمين العام خلال الفترة الانتقالية على مدى تنفيذ استراتيجية الانتقال للبلدان التي يرفع اسمها من القائمة وعلى التقدم الذي أحرزته في مجال التنمية()، كما هو مبين في قرار الجمعية العامة 59/209 من أجل تمكين اللجنة من القيام بالوظيفة المكلفة بها في الفقرة 12 من ذلك القرار؛

63. The aim of the present chapter is to clarify the procedures relating to the reporting exigencies of graduating and graduated countries under the new resolution and how these interact with the monitoring outputs requested by the Committee for Development Policy.
63 - والغرض من هذا الفصل هو توضيح الإجراءات المتصلة بمتطلبات الإبلاغ من قبل البلدان التي يرفع اسمها من القائمة والبلدان التي رفع اسمها منها بموجب القرار الجديد وكيف تتفاعل هذه البلدان مع نواتج الرصد المطلوبة من لجنة السياسات الإنمائية.

66. To ensure that the graduating countries' findings on the preparation of their smooth transition strategies are reflected in the Committee's annual monitoring, the Committee recommends that the following timeline be adhered to by the country submitting its report:
66 - وتوصي اللجنة، من أجل ضمان أن تنعكس، في تقريرالرصد السنوي للجنة، النتائج التي تتوصل إليها البلدان التي يرفع اسمها من القائمة في ما يتعلق بإعداد إستراتيجياتها للانتقال السلس، بأن يتقيد البلد الذي يقدم تقريره بالجدول الزمني التالي:

It will also monitor, as applicable, the development progress of graduating and graduated countries as established by the General Assembly in its resolution 67/221 and in accordance with the guidelines recommended in the present report.
وستقوم أيضا، حسب الاقتضاء، برصد التقدم الذي أحرزته، في مجال التنمية، البلدان التي يرفع اسمها من القائمة والبلدان التي رفع اسمها من القائمة، كما حددت ذلك الجمعية العامة في قرارها 67/21 ووفقا للمبادئ الموصى بها في هذا التقرير.

" 8. Invites development and trading partners of graduating countries to make efforts so that their bilateral and multilateral strategies and aid programmes fully support the national transition strategy of the respective country;

12. 65. The reporting by graduating countries concerns the period between the date the recommendation that the country be graduated is taken note of by the General Assembly and the effective graduation date (namely, three years from the date on which the General Assembly takes note).
65 - ويتعلق الإبلاغ من قبل البلدان التي يرفع اسمها من القائمة بالفترة بين التاريخ الذي تحيط فيه الجمعية العامة علما بالتوصية برفع اسم البلد من القائمة وتاريخ الرفع الفعلي من القائمة (أي بعد ثلاث سنوات من التاريخ الذي تحيط فيه الجمعية العامة علما بالتوصية).
