Any person regarding whom proceedings are being carried out in connection with any of the offences set forth in article 1 shall be guaranteed fair treatment at all stages of the proceedings, including enjoyment of all the rights and guarantees provided by the law of the State in the territory of which that person is present.
٢ - تكفــل ﻷي شخــص يجــرى اتخاذ اجراءات بحقه، بخصوص أي من الجرائم المبينة في المادة ١، معاملة منصفة في جميع مراحل الاجراءات، بما في ذلك التمتع بكل الحقوق والضمانات التي ينص عليها قانون الدولة التي يوجد ذلك الشخص داخل اقليمها.
