12 ter. Decides that each submission shall be subject to a technical assessment by a review team in accordance with the guidelines outlined in Part II of annex II to this decision.

1. Each application shall contain sufficient data and information, as prescribed in section II of annex II to these Regulations, with respect to the area under application to enable the Council, on the recommendation of the Legal and Technical Commission, to designate a reserved area based on the estimated commercial value of each part.
1 - يحتوي كل طلب على بيانات ومعلومات كافية على النحو المبين في البند الثاني من المرفق الثاني لهذا النظام، تتعلق بالقطاع المشمول بالطلب لكي يتمكن المجلس، بناء على توصية اللجنة القانونية والتقنية، من تعيين قطاع محجوز استنادا إلى القيمة التجارية المقدرة لكل جزء.

2. The Council, on the basis of the data and information submitted by the applicant pursuant to section II of annex II to these Regulations, if found satisfactory, and taking into account the recommendation of the Legal and Technical Commission, shall designate the part of the area under application which is to be a reserved area.
2 - إذا تبين للمجلس أن البيانات والمعلومات المقدمة من مقدم الطلب، بموجب البند الثاني من المرفق الثاني لهذا النظام، مرضية، يعيّن استنادا إلى ذلك، وآخذا في الاعتبار توصية اللجنة القانونية والتقنية، الجزء الذي سيكون قطاعا محجوزا من القطاع المشمول بالطلب.

2. 3. Decides that each submission shall be subject to a technical assessment by a review team in accordance with the guidelines outlined in part II of annex II to this decision with a view to considering the outcomes of the technical assessment by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its seventh session.
14- يقرر أن تخضع أي معلومات مقدمة إلى تقييم تقني يجريه فريق استعراض وفقا للمبادئ التوجيهية المبينة في الجزء الثاني من المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر ليتسنى لمؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو أن ينظر في نتائج هذا التقييم في دورته السابعة.

14. Decides that each submission shall be subject to a technical assessment by a review team in accordance with the guidelines outlined in part II of annex II to this decision with a view to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol considering the outcomes of the technical assessment at its seventh session;
14- يقرر أن تخضع أي معلومات مقدمة إلى تقييم تقني يجريه فريق استعراض وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية المبينة في الجزء الثاني من المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر ليتسنى لمؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو أن ينظر في محصلة التقييم التقني في دورته السابعة.

Paragraph 6 of part II of annex II of the Stockholm Convention states that commencing at its first meeting and at least every three years thereafter the Conference of the Parties shall, in consultation with the World Health Organization, evaluate the continued need for DDT for disease vector control on the basis of available scientific, technical, environmental and economic information.
