30. The Committee urges the State party to ensure that all crimes under the Optional Protocol are investigated and that perpetrators of such acts are effectively prosecuted and duly sanctioned if found guilty.
30- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على ضمان التحقيق في جميع الجرائم التي يشملها البروتوكول الاختياري وعلى ملاحقة مرتكبي هذه الأفعال فعلاً ومعاقبتهم على النحو الواجب إذا ثبتت إدانتهم.
