36. The Committee recommends the swift implementation of free psychological, medical and legal assistance for victims of trafficking, as well as the expansion of the programme to victims of all offences under the Optional Protocol.
36- توصي اللجنة بسرعة تنفيذ المساعدة القانونية والطبية والنفسية المجانية لضحايا الاتجار وكذلك توسيع البرنامج ليشمل ضحايا جميع الجرائم بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري.

(c) Provide specific information on investigations, prosecutions and punishments of perpetrators of offences under the Optional Protocol in its next periodic report.

29. The Committee recommends that the State party take steps to ensure that domestic legislation enables it to establish and exercise extraterritorial jurisdiction, including extraterritorial jurisdiction without the criterion of double criminality, for all offences under the Optional Protocol.
29- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ تدابير تضمن أن يجيز لها التشريع الداخلي إقامة ولاية قضائية خارج الإقليم وممارستها، بما في ذلك إقامة الولاية القضائية خارج الإقليم على جميع الجرائم بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري دون معيار التجريم المزدوج.

40. The Committee notes that, despite the measures taken by the State party in this regard, such as the provision of counselling services, physical and psychosocial recovery and social reintegration measures for victims of offences under the Optional Protocol remain inadequate.

The Committee welcomes the amendments made to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code in 2012 to better reflect the provisions of the Optional Protocol. However, it regrets that the State party has not provided any information on whether the attempt to commit a crime and complicity in offences under the Optional Protocol are included in its Criminal Code.
22- ترحب اللجنة بالتعديلات التي أجرِيت على القانون الجنائي وقانون الإجراءات الجنائية في عام 2012 ليعكسا على نحو أفضل أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري، غير أنها تعرب عن أسفها لعدم تقديم الدولة الطرف أي معلومات بشأن تضمين القانون الجنائي الشروع في ارتكاب جريمة والتواطؤ في الجرائم بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري.
