This decision was taken by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, and it was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 164/08, dated 29 December 2008, after the dispute on article 11 of the Interim Accord was submitted to the Court.
وقد اتخذت حكومة جمهورية مقدونيا هذا القرار، وصدر في الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا عدد 164/08 المؤرخ 29 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008، بعد أن عرضت المنازعة بشأن المادة 11 من الاتفاق المؤقت على المحكمة.

Also, article 70 of the Labor Relations Law is followed by a new article 70-a, which reads (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No.25/2003): " employers shall pay equally for the same position irrespective of gender " .
وتلي المادة 70 أيضا في قانون العمل، مادة جديدة 70- أ- ونصها كالتالي: " يقوم أرباب العمل بدفع أجر متساو عن نفس الوظيفة بصرف النظر عن الجنس " (الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا العدد رقم 25/2003).

With respect to the above mentioned, it should be underlined that the special status of women, the respect for their personality and dignity are the reason for the Criminal Procedure Code ( " Official Gazette of the RM " no. 15/97 and 44/2002) to include special provision when certain investigative measures are taken in relation to women.
وفي ما يتعلق بما ذكر أعلاه ينبغي التركيز على أن الوضع الخاص للمرأة واحترام شخصيتها وكرامتها هما السبب في تضمين قانون الإجراءات الجنائية ( " الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا " العددان رقم 15/ 97 و44/ 2002) حكما خاصا عند اتخاذ بعض تدابير التحقيق المتعلقة بالمرأة.

Under Article 190 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, laws on ratification of international treaties and original texts of the international treaties are published in a special section of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia entitled " International Treaties " .
156- وفقاً للمادة 190 من النظام الأساسي لجمعية جمهورية مقدونيا، تُنشر في قسم خاص من الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا بعنوان " المعاهدات الدولية " القوانين المتعلقة بالتصديق على المعاهدات الدولية والنصوص الأصلية للمعاهدات الدولية.

15. The monitoring of gender issues in broadcasting is regulated in the Law on Broadcasting ( " Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia " No. 100/05, 19/07, 103/08, 06/10, 145/10, 97/11, 13/12).
15- ينظم قانون البث ( " الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا " ، رقم 100/05، 19/07، 103/08، 06/10، 145/10، 97/11، 13/12) مراقبة القضايا الجنسانية في البث الإذاعي والتلفزيوني.

With the amendments to the Law on Education of Adults (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 74/12) curricula for adult education have been prepared, and the awarding of certificates will be regulated in a by-law.
ومع تعديل قانون تعليم الكبار (الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا رقم 74/12) أُعدّت مناهج لتعليم الكبار، وسيُنظَّم منح الشهادات لهم في لائحة تصدر لاحقاً.

The amendments to the Law on Labor Relations (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 124/2010) stipulate that women and men must be provided equal opportunities and equal treatment regarding access to employment, including promotion and vocational and professional training, working conditions, equal payment for equal work etc.
وتنص التعديلات على قانون علاقات العمل (الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا رقم 124/2010) على ضرورة إتاحة التساوي في الفرص وفي المعاملة بين المرأة والرجل في الحصول على عمل، بما في ذلك الترقي والتدريب الحرفي والمهني، وظروف العمل، والأجر المتساوي عن العمل المتساوي، إلى غير ذلك.

17. The Law on Political Parties ( " Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia " No. 76/2004), obliges the political parties in their activities to take care of the realisation of the principle of gender equality in the availability of the functions of the political party.
17- ويُلزم قانون الأحزاب السياسية ( " الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا " رقم 76/2004) الأحزاب السياسية بأن تراعي في أنشطتها تطبيق مبدأ المساواة بين الجنسين في تولي المهام في الحزب السياسي.

The Law on Labour Relations ( " Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia " No. 16 from 05.02.2010) provides for equal payment to women and men for the same job, with same requirements of the workplace for which equal salary is being paid regardless of the sex (Article 108).
وينص قانون علاقات العمل ( " الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا " رقم 16 بتاريخ 5 شباط/فبراير 2010) على أن يتلقى الرجل والمرأة أجراً متساوياً لقاء نفس العمل وبنفس الشروط من حيث مكان العمل الذي يدفع نظيره أجر متساو بغض النظر عن نوع الجنس (المادة 108).

134. The Administrative Court of the Republic of Macedonia is a new institution and was established in accordance with the Law on Courts ( " Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia " No. 58/06).
134- وتعتبر المحكمة الإدارية في جمهورية مقدونيا هيئة جديدة أُنشئت بموجب قانون المحاكم ( " الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا " رقم 58/06).

The Law on Exile and Temporary Protection ( " Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia " No. 19/09 and No. 146/09) stipulates pregnant women and single parents as a vulnerable category.
وينص قانون اللجوء والحماية المؤقتة ( " الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا " رقم 19/09 و146/09) على اعتبار الحوامل والوالد الوحيد فئة ضعيفة.

238. In 2007, according to the amendments of the Law on Health Protection ( " Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia " No. 5/07), the Programme for Early Detection, Diagnosis and Treatment of Breast Cancer in the Republic of Macedonia began to be implemented.
238- وفي ضوء تعديلات قانون الحماية الصحية ( " الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا " رقم 5/07)، بدأ، في عام 2007، تنفيذ برنامج الاكتشاف المبكر وتشخيص وعلاج سرطان الثدي في جمهورية مقدونيا.

The mentioned legal provision is also operationalized in Article 56 in the Rule Book on Performing the Duties of the Ministry of Internal Affairs ( " Official Gazette of the RM " no. 12/98 and 15/2003) which prescribes that a woman passenger can only be searched by authorized women officials, where only women can be present in the capacity of witnesses.
ويطبق الحكم القانوني المذكور أيضا في المادة 56 من كتاب قواعد تأدية الواجبات في وزارة الشؤون الداخلية ( " الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا " العددان رقم 12/ 98 و 15/2003) التي تنص على ألا تقوم بتفتيش المسافرات إلا مسئوولات مأذون لهن وبحيث لا تشهد عملية التفتيش إلا نساء بصفة شاهدات.
