32- ذكر مكتب الشؤون القانونية التابع للأمانة العامة أن بعض الوفود أشارت، في كلماتها أثناء المناقشة التي جرت في اللجنة السادسة للجمعية العامة حول البند المعنون " تدابير القضاء على الارهاب الدولي " في الدورة السابعة والخمسين للجمعية، الى الصلات بين الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية والارهاب.

30- ذكر مكتب الشؤون القانونية التابع للأمانة العامة أن بعض الوفود، أثناء نظر اللجنة السادسة للجمعية العامة في البند المعنون " تدابير القضاء على الارهاب الدولي " في الدورة السابعة والخمسين للجمعية، أشارت إلى الصلات بين الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية والارهاب.

In its resolution 56/123 of 19 December 2001, the Assembly reaffirmed the role of the Centre for International Crime Prevention in providing to Member States, upon request, technical cooperation, advisory services and other forms of assistance in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice, including in the areas of prevention and control of transnational organized crime and terrorism.
وأعادت الجمعية العامة التأكيد في قرارها 56/123 المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2001، على دور المركز المعني بمنع الاجرام الدولي في توفير التعاون التقني والخدمات الاستشارية وغير ذلك من أشكال المساعدة في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، ومن بينها في مجالات منع ومكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية والارهاب.
