30- ومن الجدير بالإشارة، فيما يخصّ قضايا الجريمة المنظَّمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية التي تنطوي على ارتكاب جرائم الفساد، أنَّ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد تتضمن أيضاً أحكاماً مستفيضة بشأن التعاون الدولي.

Despite the noble aims of the Organized Crime Convention and the efforts made so far towards its implementation, practitioners still encounter various obstacles to effective cooperation in fighting transnational organized crime.
