63- اتَّفقت اللجنةُ على أن تحدِّد الجهةُ المشترية في وثائق الالتماس مُدَّة فترة التوقف، وذلك وفقا لمقتضيات لوائح الاشتراء التنظيمية.

If the procuring entity does not communicate its decision to the applicant in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 6 and 8 of this article, the applicant is entitled immediately thereafter to commence proceedings [in the [name of the independent body] under article 67 of this Law or in the [name of the court or courts]].
