Mr. Belov (Office of Programme Planning, Budget and Accounts), recalling that the representative of Nigeria, at the Committee's twenty-third meeting, had asked whether the Secretariat had considered the educational value of guided tours at the United Nations Office at Nairobi, said that the feasibility study conducted by that office had indeed taken account of that factor.
