9. In considering a proposed plan of work for exploration, the Commission shall have regard to the principles, policies and objectives relating to activities in the Area as provided for in part XI and annex III of the Convention and the Agreement.

6. In considering the proposed plan of work for exploration for polymetallic nodules, the Commission took into account the principles, policies and objectives relating to activities in the Area as provided for in Part XI and annex III of the Convention and in the Agreement.
6 - وأخذت اللجنة في الاعتبار، عند نظرها في خطة العمل المقترحة لاستكشاف العقيدات المتعددة الفلزات، المبادئ والسياسات والأهداف المتعلقة بالأنشطة في المنطقة على النحو المنصوص عليه في الجزء الحادي عشر والمرفق الثالث من الاتفاقية وفي الاتفاق.

8. In considering the proposed plan of work for exploration for polymetallic nodules, the Commission took into account the principles, policies and objectives relating to activities in the Area as provided for in part XI and annex III of the Convention and in the Agreement.
8 - وراعت اللجنة عند نظرها في خطة العمل المقترحة لاستكشاف العقيدات المتعددة الفلزات المبادئ والسياسات والأهداف المتعلقة بالأنشطة في المنطقة على النحو المنصوص عليه في الجزء الحادي عشر والمرفق الثالث من الاتفاقية وفي الاتفاق.

Moreover, as provided for in regulation 23 (10), in considering a proposed plan of work for exploration, the Commission is required to have regard to the principles, policies and objectives relating to activities in the Area as provided for in Part XI and annex III of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and the Agreement.
