The third sentence of footnote (4) has been modified. It now says that the documentation box in table 4.D should be used to provide an explanation of the way in which CO2 from soils has been accounted for (instead of requesting that explanatory comments should be entered in the corresponding cells of tables Summary 1.A and 1.B).
