The law should provide that a person must enforce its rights and perform its obligations under the provisions of this law governing post-default rights in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner.
128- ينبغي أن ينص القانون على أنه يجب على أي شخص أن يتصرّف بنيّة حسنة وبطريقة معقولة تجاريا لدى إنفاذ حقوقه وأداء التزاماته بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون التي تحكم الحقوق اللاحقة للتقصير.
