It therefore invites the Governments concerned to take the necessary steps to effectively address this impediment to regional economic integration with the support of the international community.
ولذلك يدعو الحكومات المعنية إلى اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لمعالجة هذا العائق الذي يعرقل التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمي، معالجة فعالة بدعم من المجتمع الدولي.

9. Invites the Governments concerned to respond, during the session of the Working Group, to the concerns raised by the minority organizations;
9- يدعو الحكومات المعنية إلى الرد، في أثناء دورة الفريق العامل، على أوجه القلق التي عبرت عنها منظمات الأقليات؛

Under the general allegations method, the Working Group would invite the Governments concerned to comment on the measures that should be taken under the Declaration to investigate such cases, to bring the perpetrators to justice, to satisfy the right to adequate compensation, as well as regarding measures to stop and prevent enforced disappearances.

I call on all concerned Governments to work collaboratively towards building meaningful partnerships and to lay the ground for the building of serious and viable border security mechanisms.
وأدعو جميع الحكومات المعنية إلى التعاون على بناء شراكات مجدية، ووضع الأساس لإنشاء آليات جدية ولها مقومات البقاء لأمن الحدود.

10. Calls upon concerned Governments to allocate resources to provide comprehensive programmes designed to heal and rehabilitate into society victims of trafficking, including through job training, legal assistance and health care and by taking measures to cooperate with non-governmental organizations to provide for the social, medical and psychological care of the victims;
10- تدعو الحكومات المعنية إلى تخصيص الموارد لتوفير برامج شاملة تهدف إلى مداواة وإعادة تأهيل ضحايا الاتجار داخل المجتمع، بما في ذلك عن طريق التدريب الوظيفي، والمساعدة القانونية، والرعاية الصحية، واتخاذ تدابير للتعاون مع المنظمات غير الحكومية من أجل تقديم الرعاية الاجتماعية والطبية والنفسية للضحايا؛

9. Emphasizes the importance of ensuring the training on children's rights of those who are involved in actions concerning children, in particular the judiciary and law enforcement officials, and draws the attention of interested Governments to the possibilities offered in this connection by the United Nations through the programme of advisory services in the field of human rights;
٩- تشدد على أهمية ضمان التدريب على حقوق اﻷطفال ﻷولئك الذين يباشرون اﻷعمال المتعلقة باﻷطفال، ولاسيما القضاة والمسؤولون عن تنفيذ القانون، وتلفت انتباه الحكومات المعنية إلى الامكانيات التي توفرها في هذا الشأن اﻷمم المتحدة عن طريق برنامج الخدمات الاستشارية في ميدان حقوق اﻹنسان؛

The Assembly requested the Secretary-General to withhold settlement of claims submitted by the Governments concerned until the matter of the expenditures was resolved.
كما طلبت الجمعية إلى الأمين العام أن يوقف تسوية المطالبات المقدمة من الحكومات المعنية إلى أن تحل مسألة النفقات.

4. With reference to a number of States parties' reports, the Committees adopted concluding observations which refer to issues in the field of minority protection and made recommendations calling on the respective Governments to adopt measures to improve the situation.
