In the same resolution, the Assembly called upon all Governments and organizations of the United Nations system to give due consideration to the recommendations on ways in which they could support volunteering, as set out in the annex to the resolution.
وفي نفس القرار، أهابت الجمعية بجميع الحكومات ومؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة أن تولي الاعتبار الواجب للتوصيات بشأن السبل التي يمكنها أن تدعم بها التطوع، كما وردت في مرفق القرار.

8 - تدعو جميع الحكومات ومؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة إلى اتخاذ جميع التدابير الممكنة لضمان الاحترام والصون الكاملين للسيادة الدائمة لشعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي على مواردها الطبيعية؛

The Agenda stresses also that the follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of implementation requires the full involvement of Governments and the organizations and programmes of the United Nations system, as well as the participation of intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
كما يشدد البرنامج على أن متابعة تنفيذ البرنامج الجديد ورصده وتقييمه، ستتطلب المشاركة الكاملة من جانب الحكومات ومؤسسات وبرامج منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، فضلا عن مشاركة المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية.

The final decision of the Commission, contained in its resolution 13/1, provided a framework within which Governments and the organizations of the United Nations system, working in partnership with major groups and other stakeholders, could take action in the areas of water and sanitation.
ووفر المقرر الأخير للجنة، الوارد في قرارها 13/1، إطار عمل يمكّن الحكومات ومؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة، وهي تعمل في شراكة مع المجموعات الرئيسية وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين، من اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة في مجال المياه والصرف الصحي.
