The Fourth High-level Forum on Aid Effectiveness, held in Busan, Republic of Korea, from 29 November to 1 December 2011, endorsed the New Deal for International Engagement in Fragile States advocated by the Group of Seven Plus (g7+) and developed through the forum of the International Dialogue on Peacebuilding and State-building.
