Resolution 18/3 requested the Executive Director to report on progress made on the implementation of the Global campaigns for secure tenure and urban governance.

Invites Governments, in cooperation with other Habitat Agenda partners, to initiate and encourage debate on the principles of secure tenure and urban governance at the national and local levels;
2 - يدعو الحكومات، بالتعاون مع شركاء جدول أعمال الموئل الآخرين، بدء وتشجيع مناقشة بشأن مبادئ ضمان الحيازة والإدارة الحضرية السليمة على المستويين القطري والمحلي؛

2. Invites Governments, in cooperation with other Habitat Agenda partners, to initiate and encourage debate on the principles of secure tenure and urban governance at the national and local levels;
2 - يدعو الحكومات، بالتعاون مع شركاء جدول أعمال الموئل الآخرين، بدء وتشجيع مناقشة بشأن مبادئ ضمان الحيازة والإدارة الحضرية السليمة على المستويين القطري والمحلي؛

1. Requests the Executive Director, in developing and implementing UN-HABITAT gender policy, to promote the full integration of gender perspectives in all activities of UN-HABITAT, especially in the campaigns on secure tenure and urban governance and in slum upgrading projects;
1 - يطلب إلى المديرة التنفيذية أن تقوم، عند وضع وتنفيذ سياسات شؤون الجنسين لموئل الأمم المتحدة، بتشجيع الإدماج الكامل للمنظورات الجنسانية في جميع أنشطة موئل الأمم المتحدة، وبخاصة في حملات ضمان الحيازة والإدارة الحضرية السليمة وفي مشاريع ترقية الأحياء الفقيرة؛

Recognizing the need to continue and expand the broad based, inclusive and global process involving Governments, federations of slum dwellers, local authorities, private-sector partners, professional associations, community-based organizations and all other Habitat Agenda partners in implementing secure tenure and urban governance campaign activities at the local, national, regional and global levels,
وإذْ يقر بالحاجة إلى مواصلة وتوسيع العملية العالمية الشاملة واسعة القاعدة، التي تشمل حكومات واتحادات سكان الأحياء الفقيرة، والسلطات المحلية، وشركاء القطاع الخاص، والرابطات المهنية والمنظمات ذات القاعدة المجتمعية، وجميع شركاء جدول أعمال الموئل الآخرين في تنفيذ أنشطة حملتي ضمان الحيازة والإدارة الحضرية السليمة على المستويات المحلية والقطرية والإقليمية والعالمية،

19. Cooperation and collaboration with non-governmental organizations and other Habitat Agenda partners centred on the implementation of the UN-Habitat global campaigns for security of tenure and good urban governance and on the global monitoring of urbanization trends.
19 - وتمحور التعاون بجميع أشكاله مع المنظمات غير الحكومية وغيرها من شركاء جدول أعمال الموئل حول تنفيذ الحملات العالمية التي يقوم بها الموئل لتحقيق أمن الحيازة والإدارة الحضرية السليمة والرصد العالمي للاتجاهات الحضرية.
