As mentioned in the reply to question 15, the Republic of Panama has adopted the 1951 Geneva Convention and the 1967 Protocol relating to the Status of Refugees.
كما ذكر في الرد على السؤال رقم 15، فإن جمهورية بنما قد صدّقت على اتفاقية جنيف لسنة 1951 وبروتوكول سنة 1967 الخاصين بوضع اللاجئين.

It further recommends that the Government seek assistance from international organizations, including the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and consider acceding to the 1951 Convention and the 1967 Protocol relating to the Status of Refugees.

٠٣ ـ خلال عام ٢٩٩١ والربع اﻷول من عام ٣٩٩١، إنضم كل من الاتحاد الروسي وأذربيجان وألبانيا وجمهورية كوريا وسلوفينيا وكمبوديا وهندوراس الى اتفاقية عام ١٥٩١ وبروتوكول عام ٧٦٩١ الخاصين بوضع اللاجئين. وبذلك أصبح عدد الدول اﻷطراف في أحد هذين الصكين أو في كليهما يبلغ ٧١١ دولة.
