17. Requests the Executive Secretary to provide a copy of the third special report to the Secretary-General, to the Government of the Republic of Iraq and to each respective Government and international organization.
17- يرجو من الأمين التنفيذي أن يقدم نسخة من التقرير الخاص الثالث إلى الأمين العام وإلى حكومة جمهورية العراق وإلى كل حكومة ومنظمة دولية معنية بالأمر.

It can be stated as a result that the HSP III promoted a total of 4,407 doctoral candidates, 1,439 of whom were women, making 32.65%.
ويمكن القول أنه نتيجة للبرنامج الخاص الثالث تم تخريج ما مجموعه 407 4 من حملة الدكتـوراه، وكان من بينهم 439 1 امرأة أي بنسبة 32.65 في المائة.
