Fourthly, we support the establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free zone in the Middle East. In that context, we wish to emphasize that this objective and the 1995 resolution on the Middle East are essential not only to the security of my country but to the security and stability of the entire Middle East.

1. The 2010 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the NonProliferation of Nuclear Weapons adopted an action plan for the implementation of the 1995 resolution on the Middle East through a mechanism that included three main approaches:
