(c) Provide children with disabilities with access to adequate social and health services and the physical environment, information and communication;

(أ) ضمان حصول جميع الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة، بمن فيهم الأطفال ذوو الإعاقات العقلية والنطقية والسمعية والبصرية، على الدعم المالي الكافي، وزيادة مخصصات الميزانية لضمان استفادة الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة من الخدمات الاجتماعية والصحية الملائمة على قدم المساواة، مع التركيز بوجه خاص على الأطفال في المناطق النائية؛

But the Committee is concerned at the persistent de facto discrimination faced by children with disabilities, children living in poverty, children in conflict with law, street children, children living in rural areas and also children who have migrated from the rural areas and are living in the capital without official registration, especially with regard to their access to adequate social and health services and educational facilities.
