Darfur shall be represented in the national civil service (NSC) and other public bodies according to the principles of proportionality, affirmative action and precedents, in order to rectify identified imbalances and under-representation of the people of Darfur.
48 - تُمثَّل دارفور في الخدمة المدنية القومية وغيرها من الأجهزة العامة طبقا لمبادئ التناسب، والتمييز الإيجابي، والسوابق؛ وذلك بغية معالجة أوجه الخلل والتمثيل غير الكافي لمواطني دارفور.

(a) The national civil service Regulation of 2007, which applies to the public sector and covers the following:
(أ) لائحة الخدمة المدنية القومية لسنة 2007، وهذه اللائحة تطبق في القطاع العام، وتشمل الآتي:

3.1.2 Implementation by the Government of the Sudan of the recommendation the Panel of Experts on the level of representation of the people of Darfur in the national civil service at all levels and fair representation of the people of Darfur in the service
3-1-2 تنفيذ حكومة السودان لتوصيات فريق الخبراء المتعلقة بمستوى تمثيل أهل دارفور في الخدمة المدنية القومية على جميع المستويات وتمثيل مواطني دارفور بصورة عادلة في هذه الخدمة

All citizens, including the people of Darfur, shall be fairly and equally represented in the national civil service, public bodies and institutions, commissions, armed forces and other regular forces, at all levels, especially the senior and middle levels.
28 - يمثل جميع المواطنين، بمن فيهم مواطنو دارفور، بصورة عادلة وعلى قدم المساواة، في الخدمة المدنية القومية والهيئات والمؤسسات العامة والمفوضيات والقوات المسلحة والقوات النظامية الأخرى، على كل المستويات وخاصة العليا والوسطى.

3.1.1 10 per cent of positions in the national civil service are filled by persons from Darfur, as stipulated in the Darfur Peace Agreement and subsequent agreements (2008/09: 10 per cent; 2009/10: 10 per cent; 2010/11: 10 per cent)

3.1.1 25 per cent of the positions in the national civil service are filled by people from Southern Sudan and an integrated civil service (including other components of the Government) is operational in the Three Areas (especially South Kordofan State and Blue Nile State)

A Panel of Experts with substantial representation from Darfur, including at the more senior levels, shall be established under the NCSC to determine the level of representation of the people of Darfur in the NCS at all levels.
51 - تُنشأ هيئة خبراء بتمثيل مقدر من دارفور متضمنة الرتب والدرجات الأعلى تحت مظلة المفوضية القومية للخدمة المدنية لتحديد مستوى تمثيل أبناء دارفور في الخدمة المدنية القومية على كافة المستويات.

iii. Formulate policies and execute affirmative action on training and recruitment into the NCS of qualified people from Darfur, taking into account the agreed upon criteria, with the objective of ensuring equitable representation in the NCS, as well as to redress any imbalances; iv.
' 3` صياغة السياسات وتنفيذ التمييز الإيجابي فيما يتصل بالتدريب والتعيين داخل الخدمة المدنية القومية لمواطني دارفور المؤهلين، مع مراعاة المعايير المتفق عليها؛ بهدف ضمان التمثيل العادل في الخدمة المدنية القومية، وكذا معالجة أية اختلالات؛

The Parties agree that all persons dismissed arbitrarily and unjustly from the NCS, for reasons related to the conflict, shall be reinstated.
55 - تتفق الأطراف على أن يعاد جميع الأشخاص الذين فصلوا من الخدمة المدنية القومية بشكل تعسفي أو مجحف لأسباب تتعلق بالنزاع في دارفور.

33. K-WAN recommended amending the Employment (Amendment) Act 2008 to abolish the restriction of women from certain types and hours of work and amending the condition for maternity leaves in the Act and in the NCS.
٣٣- وأوصت شبكة النساء الناشطات في كيريباس بتعديل قانون العمل (المعدل) لعام 2008 بحيث يلغي منع النساء من مزاولة بعض أنواع العمل والحد من عدد ساعات العمل، كما أوصت بتعديل شروط إجازة الأمومة في القانون وفي الخدمة المدنية القومية(56).
