1. The present statement was made in accordance with rule 153 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly and rule 75 of the rules of procedure of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption.

ثالثا- النظر في مشروع النظام الداخلي لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية

It was stressed that the rules of procedure of the Conference of the States Parties would apply to the Implementation Review Group as a subsidiary body of the Conference and an integral part of the Review Mechanism, and that therefore the participation of observers was to be treated according to rules 16 and 17 of the rules of procedure.
وتم التشديد على أنّ النظام الداخلي لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف ينطبق على فريق استعراض التنفيذ باعتباره هيئة فرعية تابعة لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف وجزءا لا يتجزّأ من آلية الاستعراض، ومن ثم فيجب أن تعامل مشاركة المراقبين وفقا للمادتين 16 و17 من النظام الداخلي.

32. In accordance with articles 5 and 13 of the Convention, the Mechanism shall provide representatives of civil society and the private sector with formal channels for making contributions to the review process, in line with rule 17 of the rules of procedure of the Conference of the States Parties.
32- وفقا للمادتين 5 و13 من الاتفاقية، توفر الآلية لممثلي المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص قنوات رسمية لتقديم إسهاماتهم في عملية الاستعراض، تماشيا مع المادة 17 من النظام الداخلي لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف.()

1. Decides to establish an interim open-ended intergovernmental working group, in accordance with article 63, paragraph 4, of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, and rule 2, paragraph 2, of the rules of procedure of the Conference of the States Parties, to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on technical assistance;
1- يقرّر أن ينشئ فريقاً عاملاً حكوميا دوليا مؤقتا ومفتوح العضوية، وفقاً للفقرة 4 من المادة 63 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد، والفقرة 2 من المادة 2 من النظام الداخلي لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف، لكي يسدي لـه المشورة ويساعده في تنفيذ ولايته بشأن المساعدة التقنية؛

7. Pursuant to rule 25, paragraph 5 (c), of the rules of procedure for the Conferences of States Parties to the Convention (CRPD/SCP/2008/3), and on the basis of a nonobjection procedure, eight non-governmental organizations were accredited to the Conference (see annex I).
