In its resolution 2005/13, the Sub-Commission welcomed the proposal by some nongovernmental organizations to organize, in close consultation with members of the SubCommission and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, a seminar on transitional justice to prepare papers for submission to the next session of the Working Group on the administration of justice (see also paragraphs 49 to 52 and 83 below).
30- وقد رحبت اللجنة الفرعية، في قرارها 2005/13، بالمقترح الذي قدمته بعض المنظمات غير الحكومية والذي يدعو إلى القيام، بالتشاور الوثيق مع أعضاء اللجنة الفرعية والمفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان، بتنظيم حلقة دراسية بشأن العدالة الانتقالية من أجل إعداد ورقات لتقديمها إلى الدورة التالية للفريق العامل المعني بإقامة العدل (انظر أيضاً الفقرات من 49 إلى 52 و83 أدناه).
