The Arab Regional Round Table on " The role of manufacturing industries in the economic diversification process of the Arab countries " was held in Vienna on 4 December 2007, during the twelfth session of the General Conference.
عقد اجتماع المائدة المستديرة للمنطقة العربية بشأن " دور الصناعات التحويلية في عملية التنويع الاقتصادي في البلدان العربية " في فيينا، يوم 4 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007، أثناء انعقاد الدورة الثانية عشرة للمؤتمر العام.

Mr. Curia (Argentina) said that, since the twelfth session of the General Conference, the situation of his country as a Member State of UNIDO had evolved in an auspicious manner.

In compliance with resolution GC.12/Res.2, the documentation also refers to the needs of the least developed countries and includes information on programmes proposed in the joint communiqué of the Mano River Union that took place during the twelfth session of the General Conference (resolution GC.12/Res.5).
