915. The Committee notes with appreciation many efforts made by the State party to promote the participatory role of the child, such as the Children's Parliament and " Young Voices, Big Thoughts " implemented by the National Centre for Human Rights.
915- تلاحظ اللجنة مع التقدير الجهود العديدة التي تبذلها الدولة الطرف لتعزيز الدور التشاركي للطفل، من قبيل برلمان الأطفال ومشروع " أصوات شابة، أفكار واعدة " التابع للمركز الوطني لحقوق الإنسان.

44. In the field of natural resource protection and sustainability, the United Nations has, at the country level, promoted consensus, national capacity-building, an integrated approach and the strengthening of the participatory role of the civil society.

A note verbale dated 26 July 2011 was sent to Member States, requesting information on their experiences in working with civil society in United Nations forums and any suggestions with a view to improving the participatory role of civil society in addressing the world drug problem.
أُرسِلت مذكِّرة شفوية مؤرخة 26 تموز/يوليه 2011 إلى الدول الأعضاء تطلب منها أن تقدِّم معلومات عن خبراتها في العمل مع المجتمع المدني في محافل الأمم المتحدة وأي اقتراحات بغية تحسين الدور التشاركي للمجتمع المدني في معالجة مشكلة المخدِّرات العالمية.

The Commission will have before it a note by the Secretariat on improving the participatory role of civil society in addressing the world drug problem (E/CN.7/2012/CRP.1).
وستُعرض على اللجنة مذكّرة من الأمانة عن تحسين الدور التشاركي للمجتمع المدني في معالجة مشكلة المخدِّرات العالمية (E/CN.7/2012/CRP.1).

In addition, this Commission adopted resolution 54/11, entitled " Improving the participatory role of civil society in addressing the world drug problem " .

5. Acknowledges the important role played by civil society, in particular non-governmental organizations, in addressing the world drug problem, notes with appreciation its important contribution to the formulation and implementation of drug demand and supply reduction policy, and reiterates the commitment made in its resolution 54/11 to improve the participatory role of civil society in addressing the world drug problem;
5- تقر بالدور الهام الذي تؤديه دوائر المجتمع المدني، وخاصة المنظمات غير الحكومية، في مواجهة مشكلة المخدِّرات العالمية، وتلاحظ مع التقدير مساهمتها الهامة في وضع وتنفيذ سياسات خفض الطلب على المخدِّرات وعرضها، وتؤكِّد مجدَّداً الالتزام الذي تعهدت به في قرارها 54/11 بشأن تحسين الدور التشاركي الذي تضطلع به دوائر المجتمع المدني في مواجهة مشكلة المخدِّرات العالمية؛

75. All Arctic-rim States should recognize the urgent need for and begin to establish mechanisms for the full, effective and meaningful participatory role of Inuit, Sami and small nations of the northern part of the Russian Federation, consistent with the recognition of the right of self-determination, especially considering that such indigenous peoples are direct stakeholders.
75 - وينبغي لجميع دول الحافة القطبية الشمالية أن تدرك الحاجة الماسة للبدء في إنشاء آليات من أجل إيلاء الدور التشاركي الكامل والفعال والمفيد لشعبي الإنويت والسامي والشعوب الصغيرة في الجزء الشمالي من الاتحاد الروسي، تمشيا مع الاعتراف بحق تقرير المصير، خاصة بالنظر إلى أن هذه الشعوب الأصلية هي من أصحاب المصلحة المباشرين.
