لا تقدم أي مساعدة في مجال الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية عملا بهذه الاتفاقية دون موافقة الدولة الطرف الطالبة.

Where appropriate, the requesting State Party shall fully respect the confidentiality of such reports.

Nothing in this paragraph shall prevent the requesting State Party from disclosing in its proceedings information or evidence that is exculpatory to an accused person.
وليس في هذه الفقرة ما يمنع الدولة الطرف الطالبة من أن تفشي في اجراءاتها معلومات أو أدلة تؤدي الى تبرئة شخص متهم.

If the requesting State Party accepts assistance subject to those conditions, it shall comply with the conditions.
فاذا قبلت الدولة الطرف الطالبة المساعدة رهنا بتلك الشروط، وجب عليها الامتثال لتلك الشروط.

If the requesting State Party accepts assistance subject to those conditions, it shall comply with the conditions.
فإذا قبلت الدولة الطرف الطالبة المساعدة رهنا بتلك الشروط، وجب عليها الامتثال لتلك الشروط.

The requested State Party shall respond to reasonable requests by the requesting State Party on progress of its handling of the request.
وتستجيب الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب لما تتلقاه من الدولة الطرف الطالبة من استفسارات معقولة عن التقدم المحرز في معالجة الطلب.

The requesting State Party shall promptly inform the requested State Party when the assistance sought is no longer required.
وتقوم الدولة الطرف الطالبة بإبلاغ الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب، على وجه السرعة، عندما تنتهي حاجتها إلى المساعدة الملتمسة.

If the requesting State Party accepts assistance subject to those conditions, it shall comply with the conditions.
فإذا قبلت الدولة الطرف الطالبة تلك المساعدة مرهونة بالشروط، وجب عليها الامتثال لتلك الشروط.

In this case, the requested State Party shall inform the requesting State Party of the date and place of execution of the request for mutual assistance.
وفي هذه الحالة، تقوم الدولة الطرف الموجه إليها الطلب بإخطار الدولة الطرف الطالبة بموعد تنفيذ طلب المساعدة ومكانه.

1. Without prejudice to article 15 of this Convention, the requested State Party shall effect the service of summons and court decisions that are transmitted to it for this purpose by the requesting Party.
1 - دون الإخلال بأحكام المادة 15 من هذه الاتفاقية، تقوم الدولة الطرف الموجه إليها الطلب بتسليم أوراق المرافعات والقرارات القضائية التي تكون قد وجهتها إليها الدولة الطرف الطالبة لهذا الغرض.
