46. The Committee recommends that the State party further strengthen its cooperation with the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict in order to effectively implement Security Council resolutions 1612 (2005) and 1882 (2009) within its jurisdiction.

The Committee also recommends that the State party further strengthen the expertise of the Office to deal with complaints submitted by or on behalf of children; ensure that the procedure for dealing with these complaints are child-sensitive, easily accessible; and further pursue the establishment of Children's Ombudsperson as foreseen in the draft law on the Guarantees of the Rights of the Child.
كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بزيادة تعزيز خبرة المكتب لمعالجة الشكاوى التي يقدمها الأطفال أو من ينوب عنهم؛ وضمان أن يكون الإجراء المتبع لمعالجة هذه الشكاوى إجراءً يراعي ظروف الطفل، وأن يكون الوصول إليه ميسَّراً؛ وأن تواصل السعي إلى إنشاء مكتب أمين المظالم المعني بالأطفال على النحو المتوخى في مشروع القانون المتعلق بضمانات حقوق الطفل.

(21) The Committee recommends that the State party further strengthen its efforts, to ensure that all of the provisions of the Convention are widely known and understood by adults and children alike, inter alia by including the Convention in the statutory national curriculum, and that it ensure that its principles and values are integrated into the structures and practice of all schools.
