35 - وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تدعيم إنفاذ نصوص المساواة في قوانين العمل، بما في ذلك النصوص الخاصة بتكافؤ الفرص في الدخول إلى سوق العمل وفي الوظائف، والمعاملة المتساوية، والأجر المتساوي مقابل العمل المتساوي القيمة، وكفالة المساواة في الحصول على المزايا بين الرجال والنساء.

190. The Committee urges the State party to strengthen the enforcement of equality provisions in employment laws, including those regarding equal opportunities of access to the labour market and professions, equal treatment and equal remuneration for equal work or work of equal value, and to ensure equal access to benefits for women and men.

18. The Committee urges the State party to strengthen its complaints system to ensure that women have effective access to justice, including through the adoption of an accessible complaints procedure to enforce constitutional guarantees and the provisions contained in the Equal Opportunities Act.
18- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تدعيم نظامها الخاص بالشكاوى لضمان وصول المرأة فعلياً إلى القضاء، بوسائل منها اعتماد إجراء للشكاوى يمكن اللجوء إليه لإعمال الضمانات الدستورية والأحكام الواردة في قانون تكافؤ الفرص.

The Committee reiterates its previous recommendation (CERD/C/PER/CO/14-17, para. 22) and encourages the State party to strengthen INDEPA by ensuring its independence, visibility and effectiveness.
وتكرر اللجنة توصيتها السابقة (CERD/C/PER/CO/14-17، الفقرة 22) وتشجع الدولة الطرف على تدعيم المعهد الوطني لتنمية الشعوب الأنديزية والأمازونية والبيروية الأفريقية عن طريق ضمان استقلاله وبروز دوره وفعاليته.

(12) Beyond the dismantling of the former apartheid structures, the Committee acknowledges that the establishment of a justice system respectful of human rights in general, and of the provisions of the Convention in particular, represents a challenge for South Africa and it encourages the State party to strengthen this reform.
