Despite the efforts of the State party to address the issue of equality of the sexes, the Committee notes with concern that the persistence of stereotypical attitudes concerning the roles and responsibilities of women and men still constitute an impediment to the full enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms by girls.
495- برغم الجهود التي تبذلها الدولة الطرف لمعالجة مسألة المساواة بين الجنسين، تلاحظ اللجنة بانشغال أن الاستمرار في اتخاذ مواقف نمطية بشأن أدوار المرأة والرجل ومسؤولياتهما لا يزال عائقاً يحول دون تمتع الفتيات تمتعاً كاملاً بجميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية.

In this context, it notes the measures taken by the State party to address the issue of trafficking in human beings and welcomes the Human Trafficking Act promulgated by Royal Decree No. 126/2008 on combating trafficking in human beings, which defines the offence of human trafficking and prescribes penalties in accordance with the Palermo Protocol.
وفي هذا السياق، تلاحظ التدابير التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف لمعالجة مسألة الاتجار بالبشر وترحب بقانون مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر الذي صدر بموجب المرسوم السلطاني رقم 126/2008 بشأن مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر، الذي يُعرّف جريمة الاتجار بالبشر وينص على عقوبات وفقاً لبروتوكول باليرمو.
